Changelog

  1. 3.14

SEPTEMBER 11, 2026

Major Features

Security deposits in guest portals

Collect, hold, and release security deposits right through your guest portals. Guests see the deposit amount and its status before they check out, holds are captured or released as the stay progresses, and every deposit keeps a full history you can review and act on.

Find it under Portals → Transactions → Security deposits.

Enhanced Capabilities

Change door codes without leaving the inbox

Set, update, and retry a reservation's smart-lock door code straight from the inbox, and mark access codes and portals active or inactive as availability changes. Access codes can also be updated programmatically through the API.

Find it in the inbox reservation panel, or under Devices.

Turn any message into a task

Create a task directly from a guest message — the details are drafted for you from the conversation — through a redesigned new-task modal.

Find it in the inbox: open a message and choose Create task, or start one under Operations → Tasks.

Speaker labels in call summaries

Call summaries now identify who said what, so agent and guest turns are clear at a glance.

Find it in a call's summary in the inbox.

Video walkthroughs in listing details

Video links you add to a listing now render as rich preview cards in the guest-facing listing details, instead of a plain URL.

Find it under Portals → Listing details → open a listing.

Clearer workforce call reporting

Workforce now separates abandoned calls, where the caller hung up, from missed calls, with a dedicated abandoned-call-rate metric. Live and Overview also show real-time ticket counts with per-inbox and per-call-group breakdowns.

Find it in the org dashboard under Workforce → Misses and Overview.

Verification rules by booking date

Portal verification rules can now be scoped to a booking's dates, so ID and document checks apply only to the stays you choose.

Find it under Portals → Verification.

  1. 3.13

SEPTEMBER 4, 2026

Major Features

Guest portals for every reservation

Generate a guest portal straight from a reservation. Open a reservation, and if it doesn't have a portal yet, create one in a click from the sidebar, scoped to that exact stay. A new workflow trigger fires the moment a guest finishes portal check-in, so the rest of your arrival flow can run on its own.

Find it under Reservations, open a reservation, and use the portal panel in the sidebar. The trigger is in the workflow builder as "Portal check-in completed."

Run your connected apps inside workflows

A workflow step can now run the tools from apps you've connected, like Monday.com or Asana, as a Run Tool step. Pass in parameters, including lists and structured values, and if a tool fails you get the real reason back instead of a generic error. Managers can refresh a connection's tool list so newly available tools show up without reconnecting.

Find it in the workflow builder: add a Run Tool step and pick a connected app's tool.

Enhanced Capabilities

See guest ID and selfie when you review check-in

When you review a guest's identity verification, you now see the ID front and back and the liveness selfie right in the review panel, so you can approve or reject without leaving Conduit.

Find it where you review check-in verification submissions.

Route each task category to its own Slack channel

Choose which Slack channel every task category posts to, so the right team sees the right work. You can also require specific custom fields before a task in a category can be marked complete.

Find it under Operations, then Tasks, in category settings.

Plan the day in Operations

Clearer day planning on the operations schedule, a new Trips table, and a "no assignee" filter to find unassigned tasks fast.

Find it under Operations, in Schedule and Tasks.

A contact's tasks, right in the inbox

Open a conversation and see every task tied to that contact in a new Tasks tab, without switching pages.

Find it in the Inbox conversation sidebar.

WhatsApp calls follow your call groups

Inbound WhatsApp calls now route through your call groups, ringing the right people and rolling to voicemail on the same rules as your phone lines.

Find it under Settings, then Call groups.

The chat widget remembers recent conversations

Guests returning to your website widget can pick up recent conversations again instead of starting over.

Find it in the chat widget on your website.

Search and filter workflow runs

Find a specific workflow run fast with new search and filters, and page through long histories without losing your place.

Find it under Workflows.

Keypad and access codes

Add a submit key to keypad access codes, and generate a guest's door code from the phone number on their reservation.

Find it under Devices.

Voice callbacks

When a caller asks for a callback, the voice agent can capture it as a note so your team can follow up.

Search reservations by confirmation ID

Search the inbox for a reservation by its PMS online confirmation ID.

Find it in the Inbox search bar.

AUGUST 28, 2026

Major Features

Jobber integration

Connect your Jobber account to Conduit. Jobber's jobs and work orders are now available as tools your AI agents and the public API can use, and a Jobber job change can trigger a workflow. Set up automations that fire when a job is scheduled, updated, or completed.

Find it in the workflow builder: add a trigger and pick Jobber. Jobber's work-order tools are also available to your AI agents and through the public API.

Book directly in the chat widget

The chat widget can now walk a guest through a booking without leaving the conversation: browse a listing, check availability, choose the guest count, and get a checkout link, all inline. It works across your connected property systems.

Find it in the chat widget on your website.

Enhanced Capabilities

Noise cancellation on calls

Turn on background noise cancellation so voices come through clearly on noisy lines.

Find it under the call panel's audio settings.

Search inside attachments

Inbox and ticket search now looks inside attachments, so you can find a conversation by the contents of a file someone sent, across every channel.

Find it in the Inbox search bar.

Post task activity to Slack

Task updates can now flow into a Slack thread, so the right people stay in the loop without opening Conduit. You can also update tasks, including custom fields, straight from the AI operator.

Find it under Operations → Tasks, and connect Slack under Settings → Connections.

Pause a contact's AI over the API

The public API can now pause and resume AI replies for a specific contact, so your own tools can hand a conversation to a human and take it back.

Find it in the public API reference.

Give workflow AI steps their own tools

When an AI step sends a message in a workflow, you can now grant it specific tools to use, so it can look things up or take action mid-workflow.

Find it in the workflow builder on the Send AI Message step.

Door codes in the inbox before check-in

Access codes now show in the conversation sidebar before a stay is activated, so you can share them without digging.

Find it in the Inbox conversation sidebar.

File uploads in Portal questions

Guide portals can now ask a guest to upload a file as an answer (an ID photo, a signed form), and it appears with the submission.

Find it under Portals when editing additional questions; uploads show with each submission.

Chat widget: pets and returning guests

The widget's guest count picker now includes pets, and returning visitors skip the intro setup and go straight to chatting.

Find it under Settings → Channels → Widget.

New property system: Avantio

Avantio is now available as a property management connection.

Find it under Settings → Connections when adding a property system.

Guest portal in the guest's language

Guests can now translate their guide portal into their own language with one tap, so check-in steps, house guides, and offers read clearly no matter where they are from.

Find it in the guest portal, where guests get a language picker that translates the content.

AUGUST 21, 2026

Big week for Portals and the chat widget. Stay portals can now time exactly what guests see, the widget has a new Glass look, and Mr Alfred joins the list of supported property management systems.

Major Features

Control what your portal reveals, and when

Time-gate what a stay portal shows guests. Keep arrival details (door codes, address, directions) hidden until a set window before check-in, set field-level visibility for listing details, and give guides their own visibility rules. The portal auto-refreshes to unlock content on schedule, so guests see the right thing at the right time.

Find it under Portals → Settings → Defaults → Visibility timing.

A new Glass theme for the chat widget

The embeddable chat widget gets a translucent Glass appearance, plus left/center/right positioning and light/dark/auto modes, all with a live preview as you configure it. Classic stays the default, so nothing changes unless you want it to.

Find it under Settings → Channels → Widget → appearance.

Mr Alfred PMS integration

Connect Mr Alfred to sync your properties and reservations into Conduit. Set it up from the property-management-system connection list. Sync-only for now: properties and reservations flow in, with two-way guest messaging to follow.

Find it in the PMS connection list when you connect a property management system.

Enhanced Capabilities

Booking notifications for Calendly

When a Calendly booking is created, rescheduled, or canceled, Conduit can email the people you choose. Turn it on and set the recipient list per connection.

Find it under Settings → Connections → Calendly.

Per-listing experience recommendations

Curate which experiences the AI recommends for each individual listing instead of a single account-wide set, so guests get suggestions that fit the property they actually booked.

Find it under Portals → Listing details → Experiences.

Guide categories

Organize your portal stay guides into categories you name, reorder, and manage. Guests see guides grouped by category in the portal instead of one long list.

Find it under Portals → Guides.

Rename your portal's section headers

Rename the guest portal's section headings (Before you arrive, Details, Guides, Discover, and the rest). Leave a field blank to fall back to the default.

Find it under Portals → open a portal → Config → Design.

Import multi-table Notion databases

Notion databases that hold multiple tables can now be imported into the knowledge base. Each table shows up individually in the picker, so you can bring in exactly the ones you want.

Find it under Knowledge Base → Sources → Add source → Notion.

Workspace-branded notification emails

Notification emails now carry your workspace's own name and logo instead of the parent organization's, so recipients see the right brand.

Find it in Workspace settings — your workspace name and logo drive it automatically.

See your cost per credit

The billing page now shows your current cost per credit right in the plan summary.

Find it under Settings → Billing.

Per-channel agent settings for the widget

Tune how a chat agent runs on the website widget separately from your other channels, so you can trade extra processing for faster widget replies.

Find it under AI Agents → a chat agent → Settings.

Organize workflows into folders

A new API to create workflow folders and move workflows between them, with public API-reference docs.

Find it in the API Reference under Workflows.

AUGUST 14, 2026

Major Features

Configurable offers with variants

Build upsell offers with option groups and variants (sizes, add-ons, and choices) that guests configure themselves right in the portal. Instead of one flat offer, you can now model real products with per-variant pricing, so guests pick exactly what they want and you capture the upsell without a back-and-forth.

Find it under Portals → Offers.

Enhanced Capabilities

Rich text and photos in portal listing details

Listing detail fields now support rich text formatting and inline photos, so the stay page you show guests can be properly formatted with images instead of plain text.

Find it under Portals → Listing details.

Repeatable check-in verification steps

Check-in verification steps can now repeat and stack, so guests complete every required check (multiple IDs, multiple guests, multiple documents) instead of being capped at one.

Find it under Portals → Verification.

A real editor for verification choice questions

Verification choice questions get a proper option editor: add options, drag to reorder, and paste several at once instead of wrestling with a single textarea.

Find it under Portals → Verification.

Redesigned Devices pages

The Devices pages have been rebuilt with grouped device cards, status and battery badges, filters that persist in the URL, and per-device activity. Activity feeds now load automatically as you scroll instead of a "Load more" button.

Find it under Devices.

Ring and voicemail timing for call groups

Set how long each call-group member rings and when an unanswered call rolls to voicemail, so inbound calls follow the escalation path you actually want.

Find it under Settings → Call groups.

KrossBooking status mapping

Map your KrossBooking status codes per account so online check-in completion (and the door-code release that follows) is accurate, and apply a saved mapping to existing upcoming bookings with a preview of what changes before you commit.

Find it under Settings → Connections.

Choose which columns import into the Knowledge Base

When importing a spreadsheet or database into the Knowledge Base, pick exactly which columns get pulled in. New or renamed columns stay excluded until you select them, so an upstream change never quietly reshapes your knowledge base. You can also resume a parked split-by-listing import straight from its source row.

Find it under Knowledge Base → Sources when importing.

Sort the workspace switcher

Sort the workspace switcher by inbox count or by oldest pending message, so the workspaces that need attention rise to the top.

Find it in the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar.

Per-unit info in workflows

Workflows can now read the specific booked sub-unit on multi-unit properties, so per-unit details (door codes, directions, Wi-Fi) reach the right guest automatically.

Find it in any workflow's variable picker.

Filter reservations by departure date

The reservations API can now be filtered by departure date, making it simple to pull everyone checking out on a given day.

Available on the reservations API.

More AI model choices for the Operator assistant

Two additional AI models are now selectable for the Operator assistant, giving you more control over how it responds.

Find it in the Operator assistant's settings.

AUGUST 7, 2026

Portal signing gets a big upgrade this week: upload and sign your own PDF agreements. There's a new RapidEye video-inspection integration for field teams, call routing visibility on the phone page, and a new workflow step for reservation fields. Plus a lot of PMS, inbox, and messaging reliability work under the hood.

Major Features

RapidEye video inspections

Connect RapidEye to request and review video property inspections without leaving Conduit. Kick off an inspection from any task and watch it move from recording to processing to completed, right there on the task. A new connect dialog gets you set up in a couple of clicks.

Find it under Settings → Connections to connect, then request an inspection from any task.

Upload and sign your own PDF agreements in portals

Portal signing now handles PDFs, not just rich-text agreements. Upload your own agreement, drop signature and text fields exactly where you want them with a full-screen field mapper, and guests sign it during check-in. Rich-text and PDF signing now run through one unified flow, so every agreement lives in the same place.

Find it under Portals → Verification.

Enhanced Capabilities

Call routing visibility on the phone page

The phone page now shows how each call was routed: which team members it rang and why it went unanswered. It works even for missed calls that never recorded a final outcome, so you can always see what happened.

Find it under Phone.

A workflow step for reservation fields

Add a step to any workflow that updates a reservation's custom field. Portal link variables inside these steps now resolve to real URLs, so you can drop a guest's portal link straight into a reservation field.

Find it in the workflow builder's step picker.

Workflows can check delivery status

Workflow steps can now branch on whether a message was actually delivered (SMS, WhatsApp, or email) before moving on, so you can retry, escalate, or send a fallback when a message doesn't land.

Find it when adding variables to a workflow step.

See existing lock codes, and why a code failed

When you connect a smart-lock account, Conduit now shows the codes already programmed on the lock by a previous system, so nothing is a mystery when you migrate. And when a code fails to program, you get the actual reason (like a full lock) instead of just "Failed".

Find it under Devices.

Voice agents can take a message

Voice agents now have a proper "take a message" action that logs the caller's message as an internal note for your team, instead of accidentally texting or emailing the handoff note back to the caller.

The message shows up as an internal note on the conversation.

Richer listing knowledge from your PMS

Two additions to imported listing knowledge: per-room bed layouts, so your AI can answer which room has which bed, and full check-out details (time, place, and instructions) so it can walk guests through leaving.

It shows up automatically in your AI's answers.

Reservation type as a reservation field

The reservation type from Track now comes in as a reservation custom field, so you can use it in workflows and labels like any other field.

It shows up on the reservation.

Reference reservation statuses in agent instructions

Mention reservation statuses (like Pending Host) directly in agent instructions and skills, the same way you already reference other entities. No more spelling out status names by hand.

Find it when writing agent instructions or skills.

Operations, streamlined into Tasks

The Operations area is now focused on Tasks. Insights and Vendors were taken out of the left navigation, the side menu became section tabs to give the task list more room, and the nav item is now simply labeled Tasks.

Find it under Tasks.

Create or join an organization from settings

The new settings page now lets you create an organization or add your workspace to an existing one, right where the rest of your workspace settings live.

Find it under Settings → General.

Emergency calling from AU, NZ, and UK numbers

Emergency numbers (000, 111, and 999) can now be dialed from Australian, New Zealand, and UK phone numbers.

Find it in the call widget.

Dark mode across the guest portal

The guest-facing portal now has a dark theme. Choose light or dark per portal in your branding settings, and guests see it in the theme you set.

Find it under Portals → your portal → branding.

Vrbo inquiries for every workspace

Vrbo inquiry handling is now on for everyone, so pre-booking questions from Vrbo land in your inbox and get answered like any other channel.

Find it in the Inbox.

JULY 31, 2026

Guest Portals launched last week. This week is all about making them do more: a full digital guidebook, in-portal rental agreement signing, local experiences for guests, and a much smarter offers engine. Plus fixes across calls, the inbox, and PMS syncing.

Major Features

Guest guides — a digital guidebook in every portal

Build a proper guidebook for each stay: house manual, wifi, check-in steps, local tips, directions, whatever your guests need. A block editor lets you lay out sections with a live preview, and guests read it right inside their portal. No more PDFs or copy-pasting the same instructions into every thread.

Find it under Portals → Guides.

Enhanced Capabilities

Sign the rental agreement during check-in

Guests can now draw and sign your rental agreement as part of portal check-in, right on their phone. Each signature is captured with the signer's IP and a timestamp, so you have a clean record of who agreed to what and when.

Find it in Portals → your portal → Check-in.

Show guests things to do with Discover

Portals can now surface bookable local experiences to guests through Discover, using your own affiliate experiences. Give guests something to book before they even arrive.

Guests see it in the portal's Discover tab.

A smarter offers engine for portals

Offers got a big upgrade. Group them into categories with a gap-night default and see revenue rolled up per category. Mark an offer complimentary, target offers to specific contacts or to open vacancy dates, and build offer eligibility with a real condition builder instead of flat rules. Every offer also gets its own deep link.

Find it under Portals → Offers.

Faster portal chat

Portal chat replies land noticeably faster, there's a proper send button, and a loading indicator so guests know a reply is on the way.

Find it in any guest portal.

Archive and restore portals

Clean up your portal list by archiving portals you're done with, and bring them back whenever you need them.

Find it in the Portals list view.

Portal variables in workflows

Workflows can now branch on portal status and whether a guest still has check-in requirements outstanding, so you can automate reminders and next steps around where each guest is in their arrival flow.

Find it when adding variables to a workflow step.

Resolution rate on your dashboard

Your Home dashboard now shows a resolution rate chart: the share of guest conversations your AI resolved over time, with a "fully autonomous" breakdown for the ones handled end to end with no human touch. Counts show in the tooltip so you can see the math behind the percentage.

Find it on the Home dashboard.

Connect HOPR by RoomChecking

A new connection brings your RoomChecking hotel operations data into Conduit, so your AI can read live ops data when answering questions. Set the account's time zone with a searchable picker and connect at the group level.

Find it under Settings → Connections.

Multiple Breezeway accounts per workspace

Workspaces that run more than one Breezeway account can now connect all of them, each with its own credentials.

Find it under Settings → Connections → Breezeway.

Multiple Calendly connections

Connect more than one Calendly account to a single workspace.

Find it under Settings → Connections → Calendly.

Pin a default workspace for faster switching

Pin the workspace you live in and jump straight to it, skipping the load screen every time you open Conduit.

Find it in the workspace switcher.

Reservation labels in the conversation header

The reservation's labels now show at the top of an open conversation, so you can see a booking's status and tags without leaving the thread.

Find it in the Inbox conversation header.

Collapsible ID verification card in the inbox

The guest ID verification card in a conversation can now be collapsed to keep the thread tidy.

Find it in any Inbox conversation with ID verification.

JULY 24, 2026

Major Features

Guest Portals has launched

Portals is here. Give each guest a branded stay page with their check-in details, a swipe-to-unlock door code that only appears during their stay, upsells and offers, and built-in chat. Workspaces with Portals enabled get a full editor with live preview, listing-level detail management, percentage-based offer pricing, and configurable per-guest verification fields. Portal links now drop into every outbound workflow step, not just SMS, WhatsApp, and email.

Find it in the sidebar under Portals. If it is not enabled for your workspace yet, the Portals tab shows what it does and how to get it.

Enhanced Capabilities

Agents answer cancellation questions from the accepted policy

When a guest asks about cancelling, agents now answer from the cancellation policy captured at booking time, not whatever the listing shows today. Shows up in AI replies to guests.

Richer sources behind AI replies

AI replies now cite the reservation and listing context that grounded an answer, not just knowledge base articles, each with its own icon in the source list. Find it on the source pills under any AI reply in the inbox.

Custom code tools in the @ mention picker

Your workspace's custom code tools now show up in the @ mention picker, so you can drop them into agent instructions and workflow messages the same way you mention anything else. Find it in the @ menu when editing an agent or a message step.

Edit an agent's signature

Agents now carry their own signature you can edit directly on the agent. Find it under Agents → your agent → Behavior.

Write with AI in the composer

The AI writing assistant is now available when composing a new message, complete with the Cmd/Ctrl + J shortcut. Find it in the message composer.

Tell your Airbnb accounts apart

Connections now show the Airbnb host account ID next to each connection, so workspaces with multiple identically-named Airbnb accounts can tell which is which. Find it under Settings → Connections.

More reliable Facebook Messenger connecting

Connecting a Facebook Page now requests the access it needs up front and lists every Page your business portfolio owns, so connects stop failing partway through. Find it under Settings → Connections.

More Breezeway actions for agents

Agents can now do far more with a connected Breezeway account: 36 new actions across properties, reservations, tasks, tags, and contacts.

Reach the port and bring-your-own-number flows anytime

The options to request or port a number, or connect a number you already own, are back in the phone settings menu even after your workspace already has a number. Find it under Settings → Channels → Phone.

Major Features

Smart Devices – control your locks, thermostats, and sensors from Conduit

Devices is now available to every workspace, self-serve. Connect your smart locks, thermostats, and noise sensors, then let Conduit and your agents run them: issue and rotate a door code for each stay automatically, drop the heat after checkout, and set quiet-hours noise thresholds per property. Your AI agents only ever see the devices tied to a guest's own stay, and can read back the exact code they provisioned. Turn it on from the Devices page (now in every workspace's sidebar); it's priced per device per month, prorated by the day.

Find it in the Devices section of the sidebar.

Conduit Mobile for iOS

Take Conduit anywhere. The new iOS app puts every inbox conversation, phone calls, your AI operator, and push notifications in your pocket, so you never miss a message, mention, or task. Download it from the App Store (Android coming soon).

Find it under Settings → Mobile app.

Calendly booking

Connect Calendly to Conduit and let your agents book meetings directly, including round-robin and shared team event types. Booking questions are captured as part of the flow, and voice agents can book over the phone.

Find it under Settings → Connections → Calendly.

Enhanced Capabilities

Save your Insights charts as dashboard tiles

Charts you generate with the operator now save straight to your dashboard as live, editable tiles you can drag to reorder. Build the view once and it stays current.

Find it on your dashboard under Insights.

Filter the Conversations dashboard by team member

The Conversations dashboard has a new member filter, so you can scope volume, response times, and the conversation list to a single teammate (or autopilot) and click through to the underlying messages.

Find it under Insights → Conversations.

Mention tools, workflows, skills, and listings in agent instructions

Agent instructions and skills now use a rich editor where you can @-mention tools, workflows, skills, and listings. References stay stable, so renaming something updates every mention automatically.

Find it under an agent's Instructions tab.

Change your WhatsApp display name

You can now update the recipient-facing display name on your WhatsApp sender without reconnecting.

Find it under Settings → Channels → WhatsApp.

Louder new-message sound, with its own toggle

The new-message notification sound is louder and now has a dedicated on/off switch, separate from the rest of your notification settings.

Find it under Settings → Profile.

See which article and skill resolved an escalation

Escalation details now show the KB article title and the linked skill that resolved the issue, so you can see exactly what your agent used to answer.

Find it in any escalation's detail view.

Enhanced Capabilities

Team availability and smarter call routing

Call groups now understand who's actually available. Set a workspace availability status and turn on per-call-group auto-away so a group is skipped when its members are off, with simultaneous-ring groups handled cleanly. Fewer calls ring phones nobody is going to answer.

Find it under Settings → Channels → Phone → Call groups.

Zoomable media viewer in the inbox

Images and videos in emails and messages now open in a full-screen viewer you can zoom and scroll to every edge, and wide-but-short inline images expand to fit instead of getting cropped.

Find it in any conversation in the Inbox.

Reservation payment status

Your PMS reservation payment status now flows into Conduit, so you can see whether a booking is paid, partially paid, or unpaid without switching tools.

Find it in the reservation's Booking Info panel.

Check-in form status

Conduit now surfaces whether a contact has completed their check-in form, so your team and agents know where each guest is in the arrival flow.

Find it in the reservation details.

JULY 3, 2026

Major Features

Conduit mobile app

Take calls and get push notifications on your phone. The Conduit mobile app is here, so your team can answer guests and pick up routed calls without being at a desk. Your profile shows when the app is connected and when it was installed.

Find it under Settings → Profile.

Conflicting information escalations

Your AI now flags when your knowledge base contradicts itself, surfacing it as its own escalation type you can see, filter, route, and get notified on. Every agent gets a configurable "Conflicting info" rule on its Behavior settings so you decide how it is handled.

Find it under Inbox → Escalations.

Enhanced Capabilities

Smarter call group routing

Calls that ring out now reroute to the next available teammate, callers stay queued instead of being dropped when everyone is briefly busy, and repeat non-answerers are set to Away automatically. Call transcripts also show which teammates a call was routed to, separate from who actually joined.

Find it under Settings → Channels → Phone.

More flexible call transfers

Transfer outbound calls you started, not just inbound ones, and transfer to teammates marked Away. Type or paste an external number instead of tapping the keypad, and when an AI voice agent warm-transfers a call to you, see the original caller's name and number instead of the AI's line.

Missed calls in the ticket inbox

Missed calls now show a clear banner and status in the ticket inbox, failed AI-voice transfers automatically open a ticket so no caller who asked for a human slips through, and call types are simplified to Incoming, Outgoing, Missed, and Forwarded.

Find it under Ticket Inbox.

Trigger automations from guest portal activity

Workflows and agents can now fire when a guest interacts with a portal, like viewing an offer, checking out, or completing a purchase.

Send workflow messages to Microsoft Teams

Add a step to any workflow that posts a message to a Microsoft Teams channel, and connect multiple Teams channels each with their own notification settings.

Search and filter your knowledge base

Find text inside a knowledge article with a browser-style find bar, complete with match counts and next/previous shortcuts. Filter your wiki by listing, group, or unit to quickly see the articles tied to a specific property.

Find it under Knowledge Base → Wiki.

Richer Airbnb connections

Connected Airbnb accounts now show the host's name, email, and profile photo instead of a numeric ID. You can also opt in to sync Airbnb transaction and payout data, which is available through the API.

Find it under Settings → Connections → Airbnb.

Start a call by contact name

Begin a call by typing a contact's name, not just their number.

Find it under Phone → Make a call.

Faster message translation

Conversation translations are faster and now stream in progressively with a "Translating…" indicator instead of a long silent wait. Personal information is redacted before anything is translated.

Find it under Inbox.

Get push notifications for new messages, escalations, and note mentions, and place or answer calls on your workspace number right from your phone. Notifications deep-link straight to the conversation or note that needs you, show the workspace name so multi-workspace users always know where an alert came from, and summarize attachment-only messages instead of showing a blank line.

Currently in private beta, not yet on the App Store or Google Play. Reach out to your Conduit contact for early access.

In-Call Transfers

You can now hand off a live call without hanging up. Transfer to a teammate or an outside phone number, talk to them first with a warm transfer or send the caller straight through with a blind transfer. Transfers follow your call group setup so calls land with the right people.

Find it in the in-call controls while you are on a call.

Conversation Topics

Organize your conversation tags into a two-level hierarchy of topics and subtopics, then read CX scores broken down by topic to see which subjects make guests happy or unhappy. Group the inbox tag view by parent topic to keep dense tag lists readable.

Find it under Settings → Conversation Tags.

Enhanced Capabilities

Knowledge Base Sync Controls

Your knowledge sources now sync on their own, with full visibility. The Sources page shows each source's sync status, when it will refresh next, and a history of past syncs, with one-click resume for anything paused. Set a custom auto-sync cadence for property management sources, and link-based sources now auto-refresh too.

Find it under Knowledge → Wiki → Sources.

Larger Knowledge Uploads

Knowledge base uploads now handle larger files (PDFs up to 100 MB) and show a clear error when a file is too big or an unsupported type.

Find it under Knowledge → Wiki → Sources → Documents.

More Booking Details in the Inbox

The reservation sidebar now shows the listing's max guests, max pets, and minimum and maximum nights, plus the Opera confirmation number where it applies.

Find it in the inbox reservation sidebar.

Widget Returns to the Conversation List

After a few days of inactivity, or once a chat is resolved, the website chat widget now opens to the conversation list instead of resuming a stale thread, so returning visitors can easily start fresh.

Find it in the embedded website chat widget.

Remove a Default Phone Number

The phone number menu now has a Remove Default option, so you can clear a default line without having to promote another one first.

Find it under Settings → Channels → Phone.

Automatic Knowledge Sync

Knowledge sources now refresh on a schedule you control. Set a sync cadence per source, or update many sources at once, and Conduit keeps their content current without manual re-syncs.

Find it under Knowledge → Sources.

Enhanced Capabilities

Escalation Categories

AI escalations now carry a category, so you can see at a glance why a conversation was handed to your team and triage faster. The inbox also surfaces recent escalations on a conversation, not just the latest one.

Find it in the Inbox when a conversation is escalated.

Email Replies Quote the Original Message

Outgoing email replies now include the quoted message you're responding to, matching how every other email client threads a conversation.

Working-Hours Timezone Picker

You can now set the timezone for an agent's working hours directly, so after-hours behavior follows the right clock.

Find it under Knowledge → Agents → your agent → working hours.

Collapsible Custom Fields in the Inbox

Custom field sections in the inbox sidebar now collapse, so you can tuck away details you don't need and keep the sidebar tidy.

Major Features

Microsoft Teams Integration

Conduit now connects to Microsoft Teams. Your team can receive Conduit notifications and act on them directly inside Teams, the same way the Slack integration works, with a self-service app download in settings. Set it up from your workspace connection settings.

Ciirus Integration

Added Ciirus as a supported property management system. Workspaces on Ciirus can sync reservations, listings, and guest messages into Conduit.

Call Group Phone Routing

New per-team call routing distributes inbound calls across members with longest-idle and ring-all strategies, plus fallback numbers when no one is available. Larger teams get real control over who picks up.

Answer Calls Across Workspaces

Members who belong to more than one workspace can now answer incoming calls from any of them without switching first, with a clearer answer / switch-workspace call screen.

Enhanced Capabilities

Phone Number Aliases in Call Notifications

Incoming call notifications now show the phone line's alias, so when you run several numbers it's clear which one is ringing.

Member Presence

Set a teammate's status to active or away straight from the workspace members page to reflect who's actually available.

Reservation ID in Booking Info

The booking-info sidebar in the inbox now shows the reservation ID alongside the existing booking details.

Restore Previous Wiki Versions

The knowledge wiki version-history panel now has a restore button to roll an article back to an earlier version in one click.

JUNE 4, 2026

Conduit V3 just went live, with smarter agents, a faster inbox, improved escalations, and Operator. This is the biggest release we have shipped: the whole product is now organized around agents, your agents are split into the ones that talk to your contacts and the ones that run your operations, and every agent has its own home. And Operator, our agentic copilot, is here to do the work you ask of it.

Agents

Your agents now come in two kinds, and the difference is simple. External agents are the ones your contacts talk to. They handle the people writing in, and each one is triggered by an inbox. Internal agents run your operations. They have no inbox, and you trigger them through the channels you set up or by asking Operator.

A page for every agent

Open any agent and you land on its own page. You can see how it has been running at a glance, tune how it behaves, set its personalization and guardrails, and connect it to Slack, all in one place. No more hunting through settings to find one agent's configuration.

Triggers, front and center

The agent sidebar is built around triggers now. External agents live under an inbox trigger. Internal agents live under channel triggers, with Slack available today and Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and Teams on the way.

A marketplace to start from

The new Marketplace gives you a library of ready-made agents and skills. Pick one, install it, and you start from a working setup instead of a blank page. Each one tells you what it needs before it goes live, so there are no surprises.

Inbox

Call straight from a conversation

You can now place a call right from a conversation in the inbox. An inbound text or email can become a live call without you ever leaving the thread.

A calmer way to handle calls

Inbound calls got a real cleanup. A ringing call shows a clear Answer card instead of a pill you might tap by accident, and the call widget collapses to a safe state so nobody joins a call by mistake. If you are marked Away, calls stop ringing you, so they only reach people who can actually pick up.

Less setup, more context

Phone fields default to your workspace's country and preferred number, so you stop re-picking the same sender every time. And the conversation list now shows the booking channel, reservation dates, and status inline, so you can read the state of a booking without opening it.

Escalations

The right issue gets to the right place

When you hand an escalation to Operator, it routes the issue where it belongs and turns down anything it cannot actually act on, instead of quietly doing the wrong thing. And conversations that need a follow-up get put back in the queue, so a contact who needs a second touch is not forgotten.

Operator

Operator is the copilot you talk to, and it does the work. Ask it a question and it answers. Ask it for a report and it builds one. Hand it a pile of work and it triages it. It lives in your sidebar, and you can reach it through Slack too.

Here is some of what Operator can do for you:

You describe what you need in plain language. Operator figures out the rest, shows its work, and hands you something you can use.

MARCH 13, 2026

This week brings more channel integrations, WhatsApp template rotation for workflows, and a long list of reliability fixes across the platform.

Enhanced Capabilities

Slack Channel Integration

Your customers and teams already live in Slack. Now your AI agents do too. Connect any Slack channel to Conduit and incoming messages are automatically routed to your inbox with full AI response support. Your agents can read, reply, and resolve conversations in Slack channels just like they do across email, SMS, and WhatsApp. File attachments, sender identification, and routing rules all work out of the box. You can also trigger workflows from Slack messages.

WhatsApp Template Rotation

Sending bulk WhatsApp messages at scale? Conduit now automatically rotates across your approved templates in scheduled workflows to avoid Meta rate limits and account flags. If a template or account gets paused, the schedule pauses automatically and resumes when the pause lifts.

We're excited to share this week's updates — featuring smarter agent scheduling, deeper PMS integrations, and a batch of quality improvements across the platform.

Enhanced Capabilities

Widget Customization & Call Transfers

Three improvements to give you more control over the widget experience. Each route option can now display its own custom post-form message, so users see confirmation text tailored to what they selected. Links inside the widget automatically append collected form data and UTM parameters — no manual URL building needed. And call transfers now show clear "Transfer Succeeded" or "Transfer Failed" status pills instead of a generic badge, so your team can see outcomes at a glance.

Faster New Conversation Flow

Starting a new conversation in the widget now takes you straight to the chat view with an instant greeting message, instead of showing a loading screen while things spin up.

Opera HMS Listing Enrichment

Opera-connected listings are now automatically enriched with room types, amenities, restaurants, attractions, transportation, and directions — giving your AI agents much richer context for answering property-specific questions.

Escalation Center Improvements

Filter escalations to just the last 24 hours for quick daily review. Escalations now appear in the All Topics view, chat type filtering works correctly, and the topic volume chart shows more data at a glance.

Live Automation Rate

The automation rate display now shows your current live rate instead of a rolling average, giving you a more accurate picture of how your AI is performing right now.

Smarter Agent Scheduling

Agent selection now uses a least-loaded algorithm — agents with fewer active bookings get priority instead of random assignment. Schedule boundaries are enforced so agents can't be booked outside their availability, and scheduled workflows now scan all contacts without a cap.

Multi-Select Workflow Filters

Workflow group conditions now support multi-select with contains/not-contains operators, letting you build more precise audience targeting. Manual workflow runs are capped at 100 contacts to prevent accidental mass actions.

Search Improvements

Booking request status now appears in search results with a "belongs to contact" field for better context, and search now works correctly for workspaces with more than 100 listings.

Major Features

Chat Widget Overhaul – Conversation History, Anonymous Mode, and Redesigned UI

The embeddable chat widget has been rebuilt from the ground up. Returning visitors now see their full conversation history — a scrollable list of past chats with a "New conversation" option to start fresh.

Two new identity modes give you more control over how guests interact:

The UI has been redesigned with modern message bubbles, timestamp grouping, brand icons, and scroll-aware headers. The widget also now correctly shows an escalation notice when AI is paused (replacing the old perpetual "thinking" spinner), and guests can send follow-up messages while AI is still processing.

Enhanced Capabilities

Knowledge Base Import Now Supports Listing Groups

When importing structured data (CSV or Notion databases) into the knowledge base, you can now map a column to Group Name or Group ID to scope rows to listing groups — not just individual listings. This makes bulk imports much more flexible for workspaces that organize properties into groups.

Insights Dashboard: Custom Attribute Charts

The insights dashboard now supports charting boolean and numeric custom attributes, giving you new ways to visualize your data beyond the built-in fields.

Booking Notifications Include Assignee Name

Email notifications for new bookings now include the name of the assigned team member, so you can see who's handling each reservation at a glance.

Batched Workflow Failure Notifications

When a workflow fails across multiple contacts, you now receive a single batched notification instead of individual alerts for each failure.

Inbox Search Preserves Relevance Order

Search results in the inbox now maintain their relevance ranking instead of being re-sorted by timestamp. The most relevant conversations appear first.

Major Features

Slack Triage Buttons Mode – Route conversations with one click

Workflows now support a "Buttons Mode" for the Slack Triage step. Instead of relying on AI-driven responses, you can present configurable buttons that route conversations down different branches. Button labels and styles (green, red, gray) are fully customizable, giving teams a fast, manual-decision workflow right from Slack.

Enhanced Capabilities

Resolution Rate Metric

The Trends dashboard now shows a resolution rate metric when viewing an inbox type that has auto-mark-as-done enabled. See how effectively conversations are being resolved alongside the existing automation rate.

Dashboard Comparison Periods

Escalation volume trend charts and message volume explorers (incoming, outgoing, all) now support comparison periods — see how this week's numbers stack up against the previous period.

Gmail Re-authentication Banner

A global banner now appears when connected Gmail accounts need re-authentication, linking directly to email settings to reconnect. Hidden on mobile for a cleaner experience.

Inactive Listing Indicator

The booking sidebar now displays an "Inactive" badge on listings that aren't receiving AI responses, with a tooltip explaining why.

Phone Number Formatting

The outbound call modal now formats phone numbers with proper country codes and international formatting, with automatic country detection based on locale.

Simplified Voice Settings

The voice configuration page has been streamlined — a single voice picker now works for all languages, keeping the "Multilingual" option in the language dropdown.

SiteMinder Booking Channel Support

Reservations from SiteMinder are now recognized as a distinct booking channel with a proper icon in the inbox.

Workflow Run Details: Contact Info on Trigger Logs

The workflow trigger log now shows the contact's name and avatar when viewing run details, making it easier to trace which contact triggered a specific run.

When reviewing Airbnb alteration requests, the inbox now shows a side-by-side comparison table of the original vs. proposed booking details — making it easier to evaluate changes at a glance.

Phone Number Alias in Chat

The chat input now displays the phone number's friendly alias instead of the raw number, making it clearer which line you're sending from.

Funnel Transfer Condition

The value dashboard funnel builder now supports a "Transfer" condition type, letting you track handoffs in your funnel analysis.

Contact Fields in Workflow Variable Picker

Email, Phone, and WhatsApp fields are now available in the workflow variable picker for contact-related steps.

Mobile Call Bridge – Make Calls From Your Workspace Number Your team can now make outbound calls from their personal phones while displaying your workspace phone number as the caller ID. Call into the system from your mobile, enter the customer's number, and the call bridges through, perfect for on-the-go team members who need to reach customers without revealing personal numbers.

Multi-Workspace Billing Enterprise accounts can now manage multiple workspaces under a single billing order. Track usage across all your properties in one place, with clear visibility into how each workspace contributes to your overall credit consumption.

Faster Workflow Building Skip the wait. When you create a new workflow, you're dropped directly into the editor where you can start building immediately with AI assistance. Describe what you want to automate and watch it take shape in real-time, no more waiting for generation to complete before you can make changes.

Enhanced Capabilities

Topic Message Exclusion: Improve your conversation intelligence by removing misclassified messages from topics. When a message doesn't belong, exclude it and the system automatically adjusts to provide more accurate insights.

Guesty Channel-Specific Information: Your AI now knows the difference between your Airbnb cancellation policy and your VRBO cancellation policy. Listings imported from Guesty include per-channel details, so customers get accurate answers regardless of which platform they booked through.

Contact-Level Labels: Labels now follow your customers across all their interactions. When a repeat customer returns, their labels (VIP, High Maintenance, etc.) automatically appear—no need to re-label each transaction.

Audio Settings Remember Your Preferences: Your phone microphone and speaker selections are now saved. Start a new session and your preferred audio devices are already configured.

Channel Filters: Quickly focus on customers from specific platforms. Filter your inbox by Airbnb, VRBO, Direct, and more.

Major Features

Topics Explorer – Automatic Conversation Intelligence

Gain unprecedented visibility into your customer conversations. Conduit AI now automatically organizes every conversation into Topics and Subtopics, revealing patterns and insights that were previously invisible. See exactly what's driving support volume, identify quality issues before they escalate, and understand your customers at a depth manual analysis could never achieve. No more guessing—just clear, actionable intelligence from thousands of conversations.

Agentic Sidebar – AI-Powered Agent Editing

Building and editing AI agents just got dramatically simpler. You can now modify workflows, chat agents, and voice agents through natural conversation with AI—no more digging through complex prompts or navigating node-by-node through large workflows. Just describe what you want to change, and the AI handles the technical implementation.

Escalation Center

Take control of your AI agent performance with our new Escalation Center. Review and resolve conversations escalated from both chat and voice agents directly within the AI Agent Hub. Voice escalations (newly added) help you quickly identify knowledge gaps, prompting issues, and tool configuration needs in your voice agents, making continuous improvement straightforward and actionable.

Enhanced Capabilities

Multi-Lingual Custom Voices

Your voice agents can now use cloned voices or ElevenLabs community voices across all supported languages, enabling truly personalized guest experiences in any language.

Call Forwarding Confirmation

Added confirmation screens for forwarded calls to prevent issues with Apple call screening and Do Not Disturb settings. Recipients must press "1" to accept the forwarded call, ensuring calls reach live team members instead of dropping to voicemail.

Agent Permissions

Administrators now have granular control over workspace member access. Set specific permissions to determine who can view the agents page and manage chat and voice agents, giving you better security and team management.

Dashboard Updates and AI Tools

We’ve added new Dashboards and workflow tools to track analytics about your humans and AI.

Under Overview, Sent messages breakdown shows messages sent by users, AI, or workflows. You can compare messages sent over time and see the effectiveness of your team and AI.

We want to help you ensure every customer has a positive experience. With our new Dashboard Positive conversation rate by user , you can compare results across your team and AI, spot gaps where your team falls short, and take action so your customers are taken care of.

Not only have we been making it easier to track your AI, but we’ve improved the way your team can manage your AI.

Tools are now in a separate tab, so you can stay organized and have visibility on the tools and capabilities your agent has. Our new workflow node allows you to leave a note and alert your team to follow up after a workflow is complete, ensuring the right people are notified when your AI takes action.

Voice AI

Voice belongs inside the same system that already powers your conversations.

Most voice AI offerings ask you to build something entirely separate - new agent, new infrastructure, new interface.

But with Conduit, there’s no second system. You’re not starting over. You’re just giving your existing AI agent the ability to speak.

It can handle everything from outbound sales calls to fielding inbound support requests. It can hold a conversation, ask follow-ups, escalate when needed, and do it all without leaving your existing workflow. It’s a natural extension of your AI, fully integrated into how you already work.
